Returns + Refunds


Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right product.

Please ensure you complete the returns form sent with your order and enclose this with your return. Your items must be returned within 14 days and must be in their original shoe boxes and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.

  • Returns postage fees are at your own cost.
  • We will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt.
  • All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale can be returned for a refund for the amount paid for the items. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 business days to process.


Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.


Faulty Items

We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please follow the instructions below.

Please get in touch with our Customer Service team and send through a photo of the fault. Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.

If you purchased these from a third-party website or from an independent retailer then please go back to the store that you purchased the product through and follow their returns process.


Shoes Purchased Through a Retailer or Third-Party Site

To exchange or return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist or third party online retailer, please return the item to the store directly.

Products purchased from online auction sites cannot be returned or exchanged through Bobux. Please contact the seller directly.
